All courses have an integrated view and are organised around central subject areas, the development of which has been identified by employers and economic experts as the basis for a successful management.

Project Management

Through the composition of theoretical knowledge, industrial and consulting applications, as well as topical case studies, a real-world experience is provided in this 4 day course.

Course Content

Project Management 1 (21.11.2017 - 22.11.2017)

  • The practical and interactive sessions allow the class to form groups and simulate a project execution from beginning to end
  • The course structure follows the project management body of knowledge (PMBOK®), with a heavy focus on Agile and Global Project Management principles
  • The principles of portfolios, programs and projects are discussed with a real-life perspective
  • The module provides an understanding of how to initiate and plan a project successfully

Project Management 2 (23.11.2017 - 24.11.2017)

  • The principles of effective monitoring and control of the project execution are presented with real-life examples
  • The management, leadership and communication skills and techniques are presented and debated with an international focus
  • The importance of project closure is discussed using real-life experiences from the participants
  • The debates and brainstorming in class allow a rich and dynamic exchange of experience, providing an understanding of the challenges and success factors of global projects

    Flexibility
    Participants can choose the length, the starting date, and the type of their studies. The flexible design of the courses allow participants to have a full-time (7 modules in 1 year) or part time (7 modules in 1 up to 3 years) study programme.

    Admission Requirements
    2 years professional experience, management position, licence (Bachelor/Master) recognised from a University or University of Applied Sciences or other diploma recognised as equivalent (candidates may be admitted “sur dossier”).
