Through the composition of theoretical knowledge, industrial and consulting applications, as well as topical case studies, a real-world experience is provided in this 4 day course.

- The practical and interactive sessions allow the class to form groups and simulate a project execution from beginning to end
- The course structure follows the project management body of knowledge (PMBOK®), with a heavy focus on Agile and Global Project Management principles
- The principles of portfolios, programs and projects are discussed with a real-life perspective
- The module provides an understanding of how to initiate and plan a project successfully

- The principles of effective monitoring and control of the project execution are presented with real-life examples
- The management, leadership and communication skills and techniques are presented and debated with an international focus
- The importance of project closure is discussed using real-life experiences from the participants

Flexibility
Participants can choose the length, the starting date, and the type of their studies. The flexible design of the courses allow participants to have a full-time (7 modules in 1 year) or part time (7 modules in 1 up to 3 years) study programme.

Admission Requirements
2 years professional experience, management position, licence (Bachelor/Master) recognised from a University or University of Applied Sciences or other diploma recognised as equivalent (candidates may be admitted “sur dossier”).
