Elena Jauch will join our team as a Junior Research Assistant. She will be focusing in particular on the project “Diversity”, during which a workshop for enterprises affiliated with the Swiss confederation, focusing on the topic of diversity, should be designed and implemented. The aim of the project is to examine the challenges for companies in regards to diversity and to develop potential solutions.
Elena grew up in Freiburg (im Breisgau) and studied business administration (focusing on Banking and Asset Allocation) in cooperation with the Commerzbank AG at the Cooperative State University in Mannheim.
Thereafter she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers WPG AG in Frankfurt on the Main in the department of Asset and Wealth Management. In 2016 she started her Master studies at the University of Fribourg in Business Administration, where she focuses on marketing, strategy and European business.
In her leisure time, Elena enjoys swimming, hiking and, depending on the season, skiing or diving. She is also passionate about getting to know various cultures during her travels through all parts of the world. Elena is looking forward to working at the iimt and hopes to get interesting insight into future-oriented research topics.
